Medicines from Germany to Uzbekistan — delivery and ordering

AQUIS is a concierge service for ordering medicines from Germany. We are not an online pharmacy or a courier service: we help purchase the medicines you need at licensed pharmacies in Germany, prepare the documents, and hand the parcel over to Deutsche Post / DHL Group airmail for shipment to Uzbekistan. The medicines are dispensed by the pharmacies themselves, and you receive an official tracking number for each shipment.

How to order

The process is simple and transparent:

  • send the medicine name, strength, and quantity — we will confirm availability and price at German pharmacies;
  • after agreement and full payment, we place the order with the pharmacy;
  • we purchase the medicines, check that the order is complete, and send you photographs of the purchased medicines;
  • we prepare the shipping and customs documents;
  • we pack the parcel securely;
  • we hand it over to a Deutsche Post / DHL Group branch for international shipment to Uzbekistan.

Immediately after shipping, you receive a tracking number and a photo of the postal waybill.

What documents are required

For prescription-only medicines, a prescription or a doctor’s order is required. To order neurological and pain-relief medicines, a photo or scan of the prescription or the doctor’s order is mandatory.

If there is no valid prescription, our consulting doctors can issue a private German prescription based on your medical extract.

Order cost

The cost is calculated individually and consists of:

  • the price of the medicine at the German pharmacy;
  • the postal rate to Uzbekistan;
  • the service fee;
  • packing and document processing.

We state the exact amount before payment — no hidden charges.

Delivery methods

  • By post — the standard method: Deutsche Post / DHL Group airmail with a tracking number.
  • Self-pickup in Germany — if you or your loved ones are in the country.
  • Delivery to airports Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfurt, and Dortmund — we will hand the order over to you or your authorised person before departure; a thermal container for cold-chain medicines is available for an extra charge.

Please note: we do not ship thermolabile medicines by post in thermal containers — for these, only self-pickup and handover at the airport are suitable. Shipping medicines via the express services DHL Express, UPS, TNT, and FedEx is prohibited; do not confuse Deutsche Post / DHL Group mail with the express delivery company DHL Express.

Delivery timeframes to Uzbekistan

The approximate delivery time for a parcel of medicines from Germany to Uzbekistan is 18–24 working days. The parcel goes through two customs clearances — on export from Germany and on import into Uzbekistan, so it is impossible to speed up delivery. After the shipment is handed over to Deutsche Post, delivery within Uzbekistan is continued by the local postal service.

We provide the projected transit time according to Deutsche Post data, but we cannot guarantee the timeframes: the actual time depends on the work of postal operators and customs services.

Tracking

Together with the shipping notification, you receive a tracking number and a photo of the postal waybill. Using the number, the parcel can be tracked on the Deutsche Post website, and after arrival in Uzbekistan — via the local postal operator’s service.

After the parcel is handed over to Deutsche Post, responsibility for its safety and delivery times lies with the carrier. If the recipient does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to us — in that case we can resend it.

What is important to consider

Uzbekistan has its own medicine import rules: there may be restrictions on the type and quantity of medicines for personal use. Before ordering, we recommend familiarising yourself with the applicable regulations. Compliance with the law of the recipient’s country, including customs requirements, is the recipient’s responsibility; we are not responsible for the decisions of supervisory authorities during a selective customs inspection.
