Medicines from Germany to Ukraine — delivery and ordering

We help you order medicines and health products from Germany with delivery to Ukraine. This is a concierge service: after you contact us, we check whether the order is possible, calculate the cost, purchase the medicines at licensed pharmacies in Germany, prepare the documents, and hand the shipment with a tracking number over to the postal operator Deutsche Post/DHL Group.

We are not an online pharmacy: the decision to dispense medicines is made by licensed pharmacies and other authorised organisations in Germany. Our task is to support the order, prepare the documents, and arrange shipping within the applicable rules.

How to order

Send us a request, specifying:

• the name of the medicine;
• the strength;
• the required number of packs.

If the medicine is prescription-only, attach a photo or scan of the prescription or the doctor’s order. After receiving full payment, we purchase the required items at the pharmacy and send you a photo of the purchased medicines, then prepare the shipping and customs documents, pack the order, and hand it over to Deutsche Post/DHL Group.

What documents are required

Usually a prescription or a doctor’s order (photo or scan) is sufficient. If additional documents or information are required for a specific medicine, we will let you know after receiving your request.

If you have no prescription, send an extract from your medical history — our consulting doctors will review it and issue a private prescription for the medicine you need.

Order cost

The cost is calculated individually and consists of:

• the dispensing price of the medicines;
• the cost of the Deutsche Post/DHL postal shipment;
• the service fee;
• the costs of packaging and document processing.

The final amount depends on the medicine, its dosage form, the number of packs, and the shipping parameters, so we provide the exact cost after analysing your request.

Delivery methods

The main option is postal shipment by Deutsche Post/DHL Group. In addition, the following are available:

• self-pickup from Germany by prior arrangement;
• delivery to Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfurt, and Dortmund airports for subsequent self-pickup;
• on request — delivery to the airport in a thermal container for an additional fee (for medicines requiring a strict temperature regime).

Please note: we do not ship thermolabile medicines by post in thermal containers — for these, only handover at the airport is suitable.

Delivery timeframes to Ukraine

A postal shipment to Ukraine usually takes 9–14 business days. This is the projected transit time according to Deutsche Post data, not a guaranteed term: the parcel goes through two customs clearances, and it is impossible to speed up this process.

Deutsche Post accepts parcels to Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. Which service will deliver the parcel within Ukraine is not known in advance — we cannot influence its choice.

Tracking

On the invoice, we indicate the websites and platforms for tracking the postal shipment. Information about the parcel in the national carrier’s system (“Nova Poshta” and other services) appears only after the shipment is handed over by Deutsche Post — until that moment, track the parcel using the links from the invoice.

What is important to consider

• Parcels are delivered only to the recipient’s full address. It is not possible to send the order to a specific “Nova Poshta” branch or another service — the parcel arrives at the branch nearest to the recipient’s address.
• Do not confuse Deutsche Post/DHL Group mail with DHL Express — the international express delivery company for cargo and documents.
• After the parcel is handed over to Deutsche Post, responsibility for its safety and delivery times passes to the carrier; we do not track parcels or look for travellers to carry medicines out.
• If the recipient does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to us, and we will be able to send it again.
• For international shipping, the medicine import rules of the recipient’s country apply. Responsibility for compliance with the law, including customs and other restrictions, lies with the recipient.

Send the medicine name, strength, and number of packs — we will check availability at German pharmacies and calculate the cost and delivery timeframes to Ukraine. You can leave a request via the request form or in the chat with an operator.
