- Shipping We pack it, photograph the contents and the parcel, and send it with a tracking number. For countries outside the EU, we prepare the customs paperwork.
- Delivery You receive your parcel. We stay in touch for any questions.
Request for a medicine

The operator will check availability and prices at pharmacies in Germany and reply to you via your chosen channel. You can attach a photo of the prescription right in the messenger.

Prescription medicines: attach a photo or scan of the prescription or the doctor’s order right in the messenger. If you do not have a prescription, our medical consultants will advise you on how to arrange a private prescription in Germany.
