Medicines from Germany to Kazakhstan — delivery and ordering

We are a concierge service for ordering medicines from Germany, not an online pharmacy. We help arrange the purchase: we buy medicines at licensed pharmacies in Germany and send them to Kazakhstan by Deutsche Post airmail with a tracking number. We do not have our own courier delivery — we support the order, prepare the documents, and hand the parcel over to the postal service, while the medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

How to order

After receiving full payment for the order, we:

• place the order with the pharmacy on your behalf;
• purchase the medicines;
• send you photographs of the medicines;
• we prepare the shipping and customs documents;
• pack the goods securely;
• hand the parcel over to a Deutsche Post branch for international shipment to Kazakhstan.

What documents are required

For prescription-only medicines, a prescription or a doctor’s order is sufficient — a photo or scan will do. To order neurological and pain-relief medicines, a prescription or a doctor’s order is mandatory.

If there is no prescription, send an extract from your medical history — our consulting doctors will review it and issue a private prescription for the medicine you need.

The possibility of ordering a specific medicine is always clarified on an individual basis.

Order cost

The cost is calculated individually and consists of the price of the medicine at the German pharmacy, postal charges, the service fee, and the costs of packing and document processing. We will state the exact amount after clarifying the name, strength, and quantity.

Delivery methods

The main method is Deutsche Post airmail. Please note: shipping medicines via the express services DHL Express, UPS, TNT, and FedEx is prohibited. Do not confuse Deutsche Post/DHL Group mail with DHL Express — the international express delivery company for cargo and documents.

Other options are also available:

• self-pickup from Germany by prior arrangement;
• delivery to the airports of Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfurt, Dortmund for subsequent self-pickup;
• on request — delivery to the airport in a thermal container for an additional fee (for medicines requiring a strict temperature regime).

We do not ship thermolabile medicines in thermal containers by post, and we do not look for travellers to carry medicines out.

Delivery timeframes to Kazakhstan

The approximate delivery time for a parcel of medicines from Germany to Kazakhstan is 18–24 working days. The actual transit time depends on the work of postal operators and customs services: the parcel goes through two customs clearances, and it is impossible to speed up this process. After the shipment is handed over to Deutsche Post, delivery is continued by the local postal service.

We do not guarantee delivery timeframes; instead, we provide the projected transit time stated on the Deutsche Post website.

Tracking

At the same time as shipping, you receive a tracking number and a photo of the postal waybill — the parcel’s route can be monitored along the entire way from Germany to Kazakhstan. After the parcel is handed over to Deutsche Post, responsibility for its safety and delivery times lies with the carrier. If you did not receive the parcel and it was returned to us, we can resend it.

What is important to consider

Kazakhstan may have special restrictions on the import of medicines — by quantity and type. Before ordering, we recommend familiarising yourself with the applicable medicine import rules: compliance with the law of the recipient’s country, including customs requirements, rests with the recipient. We are not responsible for the results of a selective customs inspection or the decisions of supervisory authorities.
