Medicines from Germany to Belarus — delivery and ordering

We help you order medicines and health products from Germany with delivery to Belarus. This is a concierge service, not an online pharmacy: all medicines are purchased on your behalf at licensed pharmacies in Germany, and the decision to dispense is made by the pharmacy. Parcels are shipped via Deutsche Post with a tracking number.

How to order

Send us a request, specifying:

• the name of the medicine;
• the strength and dosage form;
• the required quantity.

After receiving full payment, we place the order with the pharmacy, purchase the required items, and send you a photo of the purchased medicines. Then we prepare the shipping and customs documents, pack the order, and hand it over to a Deutsche Post/DHL Group branch.

What documents are required

To consider a request, a prescription for prescription-only medicines or a doctor’s order is usually sufficient — a photo or scan will do.

If there is no prescription, send an extract from your medical history: our consulting doctors will review it and will be able to issue a private prescription for the medicine you need.

The possibility of ordering a specific medicine is always clarified on an individual basis.

Order cost

The cost is calculated individually and consists of:

• the pharmacy retail price of the medicines;
• the cost of the Deutsche Post/DHL postal shipment;
• the service fee;
• the costs of packaging and document processing.

The final amount depends on the medicine, its dosage form, the number of packs, and the shipping parameters, so a fixed price cannot be stated in advance. For a preliminary calculation, it is enough to send the medicine name, strength, and quantity.

Delivery methods

• Postal delivery — Deutsche Post/DHL Group with a tracking number;
• self-pickup from Germany;
• delivery to the airport Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfurt, or Dortmund for subsequent self-pickup;
• on request — delivery to the airport in a thermal container (for an extra charge): relevant for medicines that require a temperature regime.

Delivery timeframes to Belarus

A postal shipment to Belarus usually takes 9–12 business days. The actual transit time depends on the work of postal operators and customs services: the parcel goes through two customs clearances. After the shipment is handed over to Deutsche Post, delivery continues by means of the local postal service.

The stated timeframes are the projected transit time according to Deutsche Post data, not a guarantee: we cannot speed up passage through customs.

Tracking of shipments

On the invoice, the websites and platforms for tracking postal shipments are indicated. Information about the parcel in the national postal operator’s system appears after the shipment is handed over by Deutsche Post — until that moment, track the parcel using the instructions from the invoice.

Please note: Deutsche Post/DHL Group is mail; do not confuse it with DHL Express, the international express delivery company for cargo and documents.

What is important to consider

• For international shipping, the medicine import rules of the recipient’s country apply. Responsibility for compliance with them, including customs and other restrictions, lies with the recipient.
• We do not ship thermolabile medicines by post in thermal containers — a thermal container is available only for delivery to the airport.
• We do not look for travellers to carry medicines out.
• After the parcel is handed over to a Deutsche Post branch, responsibility for its safety and delivery times passes to the carrier.
• If the parcel is not received by the addressee, it is returned to us — and we can resend it to you.
