Medicines from Germany to Azerbaijan — delivery and ordering

We help you order medicines and health products from Germany with delivery to Azerbaijan. This is a concierge service, not an online pharmacy: all medicines are purchased at licensed pharmacies in Germany, and the medicines are dispensed by the pharmacies themselves.

We do not have our own courier service. We support the order at every stage — from selecting the medicine and preparing the documents to handing the parcel over to Deutsche Post / DHL Group airmail with a tracking number.

How to order

To receive a quote, send us:

  • the name of the medicine;
  • the strength and dosage form;
  • the required number of packs;
  • the recipient’s first name, surname, and full address in Azerbaijan.

If the medicine is prescription-only, attach a photo or scan of the prescription or the doctor’s order.

After full payment, we purchase the medicines at the pharmacy and send you a photo of the purchased medicines. Then we prepare the shipping and customs documents, pack the order, and hand it over to a Deutsche Post / DHL Group branch.

What documents are required

For prescription-only medicines, a prescription or a doctor’s order is sufficient — a photo or scan. Whether a specific medicine can be ordered is always clarified individually.

No prescription? Send an extract from your medical history — our consulting doctors will review it and issue a private prescription for the medicine you need.

Order cost

The cost is calculated individually and consists of:

  • the pharmacy retail price of the medicines;
  • the cost of the Deutsche Post / DHL postal shipment;
  • the service fee;
  • the costs of packaging and document processing.

The final amount depends on the medicine, its dosage form, the number of packs, and the shipping parameters, so we state the exact cost after analysing your request. For a preliminary calculation, the medicine name, strength, and quantity are sufficient.

Delivery methods

The main method is postal shipment by Deutsche Post / DHL Group to the recipient’s address in Azerbaijan. In addition, the following are available:

  • self-pickup from Germany by prior arrangement;
  • delivery of the order to Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfurt, or Dortmund airports for subsequent self-pickup;
  • on request — delivery to the airport in a thermal container for an additional fee (for medicines requiring a strict temperature regime).

Please note: we do not ship thermolabile medicines in thermal containers by post — we only deliver them to the airport.

Delivery timeframes to Azerbaijan

A postal shipment to Azerbaijan usually takes 18–21 business days. The parcel goes through two customs clearances — in Germany and in Azerbaijan, so it is impossible to speed up delivery.

We provide the projected transit time according to Deutsche Post data, but we do not guarantee the timeframes: after the parcel is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for its safety and delivery times lies with the postal service.

Tracking

On the invoice, we indicate the websites and platforms for tracking the shipment. Information about the parcel in Azerbaijan’s national carrier system appears after Deutsche Post hands the shipment over to it. Until that moment, track the parcel using the links and instructions from the invoice.

What is important to consider

  • The parcel is addressed to the recipient and arrives at the post office nearest to them — it is not possible to send the order to a specific branch.
  • Responsibility for compliance with the rules for importing medicines into Azerbaijan, including customs and other restrictions, lies with the recipient.
  • Do not confuse Deutsche Post / DHL Group mail with DHL Express — the international express delivery company for cargo and documents.
  • If the recipient does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to us, and we will be able to send it again.

Send the medicine name, strength, and quantity — we will calculate the cost and delivery timeframes to Azerbaijan. The most convenient way to leave a request is via the request form or in any of the messengers on this page.
